Three main themes of the Congress
Science and Technology Park Cartuja will host the 37th IASP World Conference from 6 to 9 October 2020. But do you know what topics will be discussed there?
This year we will focus on "The Human Factor: People, Communities and their Innovation Ecosystems". Below, you can find some of the main highlights of the Conference.
- Talent at the heart of innovation ecosystems
To succeed in their mission of providing the best location, facilities and environment for knowledge-based businesses, science parks and innovation areas must create environments that are attractive to the educated, skilled and creative people who are now the greatest asset. This will be one of the central themes of our conference.
- Jobs and education of the future
Some of the sessions explore different aspects of this issue, including the future of jobs, how innovation ecosystems can help adapt education to these future jobs, attracting and retaining diverse talents. And, of course, we will discuss the philosophy and ethics of technological development and how it affects the mission of Science and Technology Parks and Areas of Innovation.
- Partnership, incubation and new skills
We want to insist on the changing role of incubators and other support mechanisms for entrepreneurs, partnerships between start-ups and large corporations. In fact, in some of the sessions we will discover the profile of new professionals in the innovation ecosystem and the kind of mentality and skills they need as talent and network managers.
